Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in our design house. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fashion and the bridal industry, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including office responsibilities, scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. It also has a focus in digital marketing, sales, and communication. We are looking for a highly motivated jack of all trades!

Duties

  • Manage calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Communications, email, and phone calls with clients and prospective clients.

  • Directing and answering calls appropriately and providing information as needed.

  • Implementing our social media campaigns and strategies, assisting with our fall marketing campaign, researching local and wholesale markets, and coordinating styled shoots and events.

  • Content creation and posting on social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, etc.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.

  • Supply ordering and retrieval

  • Oversee office cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience is preferred; clerical experience is a plus.

  • Experience or degree in marketing/fashion marketing/digital marketing/communications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Google Workspace applications.

  • Squarespace and Quickbooks experience

  • Proficiency on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

  • Strong computer skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proper phone etiquette is essential.

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
