How do I make an appointment?

How do I place an order?

You can place an order in person or over the phone. We will begin creating your dress right away and will email you as soon as it's ready!
 

How long does it take to make a bespoke gown?

Each gown takes 4-6 months to complete. We work with several companies to ensure that our silks and laces are to our greatest satisfaction before using them in our gowns. We check and recheck our products before shipping them to our brides and boutiques. If you are worried about your timetable, please reach out and we will assess things on a case by case basis. We do offer rush orders. 
 

How much does this cost? 

Bespoke gowns retail from 2500 to 7000 USD. Most of our gowns fall in the 3500-5500 range. We pay our stitchers a competitive wage, use couture methods, and fine fabrics. This is reflected in our prices.  
 

Can I bring anyone to my appointment?

Of course! We love meeting your friends and family! 
 

Are there refreshments provided at our consult? 

Yes, we provide refreshments for you and your guests. Please tell us how many people you will be bringing and we will make sure to accommodate.

How does sizing work?

During your appointment, we will take your measurements. We use our own size chart which is very close to the American Standard Chart. You can view our size chart here. 
 

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we offer alterations for all our clients and their bridal parties. Though we measure all our brides and try to get the closest fit, alterations might still be necessary. We provide them all in house.
 

Do you offer plus sizes?

YES! We offer specialty sizing for all beautiful body types!
